MURAT KURT

Was born at 1976 in Amasya. During his postgraduade education he met with Hürrem Özerden who was the Goverment's Art Gallery's manager in Amasya and started to pay his attention on Drawing Art. In 1999 he took Pattern Lessons from Hürrem Özerden. At that time period he gave up his postraduate education. He has started to give himselves to Art.

During his first period in drawing pictures he questioned women, solitariness, expectancy and sadness.

In September 2004 settle down to İstanbul. In this grey, big and cosmopolit city he realised his demands to colors and the nature. He drew colourful tulips, still life and trees.

He has still been subjecting the nature he lived in to cityfolks. He is opening hopeful, warm and humanistic windows to people who are looking at his pictures.
